Learn how to make, maintain and use your own ‘wild’ yeast culture. Your day with us will take you through the magical process of using just flour, water and sea salt. Master the technique for kneading, stretching, shaping and proving and watch your loaf rise while it is being baked.
At the end of the day you take home your Starter, your freshly baked loaves and a new confidence to continue to bake this amazing loaf in the comfort of your own home.
