During your class you will learn techniques and methods to create amazing Foccacia, ciabatta and a Lake Como loaf. Learn to use a ‘Biga’ and master the stretching and folding method that are essential when working with high hydration doughs. Enjoy great days baking with wonderful tasting bread to take home and enjoy with friends and family!
