      At the Award winning Red Dog Bakery we are passionate about baking great bread.

 

            What could be more satisfying than baking great bread in your own kitchen?

 

Here at Red Dog Bakery School, in Whitstone on the Devon/Cornwall border, we are pleased to offer a range of traditional bread making classes, which are fun and informative and which suit all levels of experience and ability.

 

Our classes have a maximum of 4 students, which enables us to provide individual attention to detail to ensure the student gains the most from their day with us.

We now provide half day workshops, maximum 4 students.

  • All bread is made with just flour, Sea Salt, yeast (or Levain ) and water.
  • All equipment including aprons will be provide for use on the day.
  • Lunch/refreshments are served.
  • We recommend you bring a box with you to take your freshly baked Bread home!
